VISA(实时)支付步骤:

1、点击VISA(全球实时,适用VISA验证)进入

2、输入“持卡人姓名、VISA卡号、有效期(MM/YYYY)和CVV2码”, 点击“确认”提交订单,首信易支付会连接到您的发卡银行,核对您的VISA卡是否已经登记「VISA验证」服务

3、Processing your 3-D Secure Transaction...(连接发卡行,加密传输中);

4、接着会出现发卡行的「VISA验证」视窗,请核对您的个人保证信息是否正确,以确认您正在与发卡银行进行交易,然后输入并递交您的「VISA验证」密码;

5、验证完成后,发卡行会确认您的付款,如果显示成功,将立即跳转或弹出费用支付成功页面。

VISA (Real-time) Payment Steps:

1. Click on VISA to enter (Global Real-time, fit for VISA validation)

2. Enter “Username, registered VISA card number, Expiration Date (MM/YYYY) and CVV2 code”, click on “confirm” to hand in the order and PayEase will connect to your card issuer to check whether your VISA card has been registered「VISA verification」service

3. Processing your 3-D Secure Transaction...(connecting to card issuer, encrypting and transmitting)

4. Then a card issuer「VISA verification」window pops up. Please check if your personal guarantee information is correct to confirm you are trading with card issuer and then enter and hand in your「VISA verification」code.

5. After verification, card issuer will confirm your payment, if it displays successful, the window will skip at once or a new window will pop up to inform of the successful payment.

3、显示支付结果,如果支付成功,将立即跳转或弹出费用支付成功页面。

JCB (Real-time) Payment Steps:

1. Click on JCB (Global, Real-time) to enter;

2. Enter “Username, registered JCB card number, Expiration Date (MM/YYYY) and CAV2 code”, click on “confirm” to hand in the order;

3. The window displays the result of payment, if successful, the window will skip at once or a new window will pop up to inform of the successful payment.

AE(非实时)支付步骤:

1、 输入持卡人姓名、MASTER卡号、卡有效期(月月/年年)

2、 点击“确认”提交订单

3、 您提交的订单将在24小时之内确认结果,可与首信易支付或购物网站联系查询

2.确认交费金额

3.选择适合自己的付款通道,并填写持卡人信息

4.支付成功

AE (Non-Real-Time) Payment steps:

1. Enter “Username, registered MASTER card number, Expiration Date (MM/YYYY)

2. Click on “confirm” to hand in your order

3. Your order will be confirmed in 24 hours and you can contact PayEase or the shopping website to inquire.

1.如何查询订单详情

重新进入信息录入页面,点击费用查询,然后输入信息录入时所填写的email并点击search.

Re-enter information input page, click on “Charge Query”, enter the email address you input in the information input page and then click on “Search”.

2.支付失败是什么原因造成?

1.所持银行卡不在该银行支持的地域范围之内;

2.银行卡尚未开通网上支付功能

3.银行卡已过期、作废、挂失

4.银行卡内余额不足

5.输入银行卡号或密码不符

6.银行系统数据传输出现异常;

7.网络中断;

2. What causes the failure of payment?

1) Your bank card is out of the area supported by its card issuer;

2) Your bank card is not registered for internet banking service;

3) Your bank card is expired, invalid or reported for loss;

4) Balance is not enough in your bank card;

5) Your card number or password is incorrect;

6) The data of bank system is abnormal in transmission;

7) Connection Failure;

3.打开支付页面,提示"该页无法显示"或空白页,可能是什么原因?

1.没有升级IE浏览器,导致加密级别过低,无法进入银行系统。查看及下载方法

2.上网环境或上网方式受限,可能是网络服务商限制,如有条件更换一种上网方式或环境。

3.瞬间网络不通,尝试刷新页面;如果刷新不能解决问题,可能由于如果浏览器设置缓存,请在IE菜单--工具--Internet选项--点击“删除cookies”和“删除文件”,用以清除临时文件。

3. What are the possible reasons why payment page is blank or indicates “This page can’t be shown properly.”?

1) Your ie explorer version is too low to support the sufficient intensity of encryption needed to enter the internet banking system. Please check for download methods.

2) Limited by network environment or connection mode, maybe caused by network operators. If possible, change another connection mode or network environment.

3) Instant connection failure, try to refresh the page; if it doesn’t work, may be for the cache setting in your explorer. Please select “Tool” from IE Menu and then select “Internet Option” and then click “Delete Cookies” and “Delete files” to clear temporary files.

5.如何确认支付是否成功?

通常情况下,在输入完持卡人信息并提交之后,如果支付成功,页面上会有显示.但由于网络不稳定等因素,页面显示速度比较慢,学生可进入“费用查询”选项进行查询。

5. How to determine the payment is successfully made?

In a normal situation, after you enter cardholder information and submit the form, if payment is successful, the result will be shown on the page. But, if the page is slow to display because of unstable network or other reasons, students can enter “expense inquiry” to check for payment.
